This package offers consistent support at a reduced rate, saving you $30 per session compared to booking individually. Each session is 50 minutes (via Zoom), allowing us to build a tailored mental performance plan that strengthens confidence, focus, and resilience while addressing your unique needs. With ongoing coaching and accountability across five sessions, you’ll gain the opportunity to apply strategies in real time, receive feedback, and build momentum toward lasting progress.
This ten-session package (50 minutes each, via Zoom) provides the most value and long-term support, saving you nearly $500 compared to booking single sessions. Joel Taylor has a proven track record of helping athletes and high performers unlock their full potential through mental performance coaching. As a former collegiate athlete, and with over 20 years in higher education including 15 years coaching college basketball and being a part of multiple championships, Joel combines firsthand playing experience with sports psychology to provide strategies that truly work.
